Vintage Crusader Ratcheting Hand Brace with Auger Bit Woodworking Tool

Vintage Crusader ratcheting hand drill brace with original wood head and side handle, cleaned and lightly preserved, and paired with one vintage square-taper auger bit. The ratchet works in both directions, the chuck closes correctly, and both wood grips rotate freely.
Detailed description
A vintage Crusader hand brace in clean, honest user condition with one included auger bit. This is a classic manually operated woodworking drill with a ratcheting head, original wood pad and side handle, and a dark preserved finish that still shows age and shop character.
This brace was given a light restoration only. It was cleaned, lightly oiled, and waxed, with no heavy refinish or over-polishing. The ratchet works properly in both directions, the chuck jaws meet correctly, and the wood pad and side handle both rotate freely. The included auger bit is a vintage square-taper example appropriate for brace use.
Condition is vintage used. Expect normal age wear, scattered finish loss, light pitting and oxidation, handling marks to the wood, and cosmetic wear consistent with age and use. The photos show the actual tool and included bit you will receive. No claim is made of rarity.
Ideal for:
- traditional woodworking use
- shop display or wall decor
- cabin, workshop, or tool collection display
- gift for a woodworker or vintage tool collector
A printed care sheet will be included with the tool.
Shipping: Packed securely with the auger bit protected separately inside the package.
