Vintage Lawrence Engineering Service Model 10-B slide rule with its original box, made in Peru, Indiana, U.S.A. This is a classic 10-inch wood rule with a metal-framed, non-magnified cursor and the printed scale layout associated with the 10-B line. Lawrence made affordable American slide rules for decades, and the 10-B is a recognized simple 10-inch model with A, B, C, CI, D, and K scales.

This example is fully functional and presents well, with crisp maker marking, readable scales, and a useful reverse-side conversion chart. It has not been over-restored. Only light dry cleaning was performed so the original printed surfaces and finish would not be disturbed. The original box is included and adds display appeal, though it shows noticeable crushing and wear at the ends. There are also visible age wear, scattered discoloration, and handling marks consistent with vintage use. Care sheet included with purchase.
