Vintage Columbian bench vise, model D63 1/2, with 3.5-inch jaws and swivel base. Marked Cleveland, Ohio / Made in USA, this is a compact American-made shop vise that has been cleaned, serviced, and preserved as a working-quality vintage tool rather than over-restored.

The vise opens and closes smoothly, the swivel base locks properly, and the original finish was intentionally preserved to keep its age and shop character. It shows normal cosmetic wear from years of use, including paint loss, marks on the anvil/jaw tops, and a slight bend in the fixed main handle. The handle still slides freely and functions normally.

This is a good choice for bench use, light machine or woodworking tasks, shop display, or industrial decor. It is a solid user-grade Columbian, not a museum restoration.
