Condition

The wrench is complete and the adjustment operates smoothly. It shows honest age, dark patina, scattered wear, and visible flattening/wear to the jaw faces from past use. The jaws do not close perfectly flush, so this is best represented as a collectible, decor piece, or light-duty user rather than a precision working wrench.

Restoration performed

Cleaned by hand, lightly filed only at raised burrs/high spots, then oiled and finished with paste wax. Original wear, forging texture, and aged character were intentionally left in place rather than over-restoring it.
